Scope of processing of personal data

Our processing of our users' personal data is limited to the data required to provide a functioning website as well as our content and services. The processing of personal data of our users only takes place for the purposes agreed with them or if another legal basis (in the sense of the DSGVO) exists. Only those personal data are collected which are actually necessary for the execution and processing of our tasks and services or which you have made available to us voluntarily.

Visitor and usage data

Every time you visit our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer. The following data is collected:

• The user's operating system
• The user's Internet service provider
• User's IP address Date and time of access
• Internet pages from which the user's system reaches our website

The legality of this processing is therefore governed by Art. 6 DSGVO.

This data is stored for data security reasons in order to guarantee the stability and operational safety of our system.

Web analysis

Google Analytics", a web analysis service of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94.043 USA, is used on our website to evaluate website usage. Google Analytics uses cookies (see point 2.) which are stored on your computer. The information contained therein about the website and Internet use of the visitor can be processed and evaluated by Google. The data collected by Google may be transferred by Google to countries outside the EU and the EEA, in particular the USA.

The transfer takes place in accordance with the Google Ads Data Processing Terms.

In addition, we ensure that your IP address is anonymised before being transmitted to Google. The data sent by us and linked with cookies are automatically deleted after 26 months.

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6 Par. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website to make our website user-friendly.
