Ahorn Braunwald is located at Schwettiberg 1420 m.a.s.l., about 15 minutes' walk from the centre of the car-free village Braunwald and the mountain station of the funicular.

Taxis or carriages can be organised from the mountain station.

The chalets and holiday apartments can be rented by the week. A shorter rental period is possible on request.

The four chalets and two holiday apartments are facing south, are very quiet and idyllically situated and have a wonderful view of the Glarus mountain range.

Activity and Recreation

Sport activities and recreation is possible on your doorstep: hiking, skiing (ski lifts and slopes are directly accessible from the Ahorn in winter), mountain biking, climbing or snowshoeing. Other activities can be organised in the village.
